ORLANDO, Fla. — Another person with ties to the Haitian delegation to the Special Olympics has been reported missing, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, bringing the number of disappearances to seven. Louis Jacques Wilguens, 25, was last seen exiting a bus at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, the agency said. He was supposed to fly back to Haiti on Sunday.
