WhatsApp developers have introduced the function of transferring chats, files and other data from Android smartphones to iPhone.
So far, the innovation for data transfer is available as a beta version. The feature is part of Apple’s existing “Port to iOS” tool.
It will be possible to transfer files and chats only during the initial setup of the iPhone by selecting the “Transfer applications and data from Android” item. In addition to photos, contacts and other data, an item with the WhatsApp archive appeared in the transfer menu.
