PHILADELPHIA — A 51-year-old Philadelphia firefighter was killed in an early-morning building collapse Saturday that has devastated the Fire Department and left a neighborhood shaken. Two other firefighters were hospitalized in critical but stable condition. City officials said that 27-year veteran Lt.
