MIAMI — A dozen people were on two boats that crashed off Key Biscayne’s coast Friday night. Two of them died, the Coast Guard said on Saturday. Ten were taken to area hospitals. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue had recovered the body of one of the victims in Biscayne Bay and a Coast Guard crew from Miami Beach found the other victim after a search into Saturday morning.
