Presented in 2017 with a release announced as fast, the piracy game from Ubisoft, Skull & Bones turns to the real Arlesian.

Shortly after its presentation, the title disappears to be almost completely forgotten, before reappearing in small touches here and there. Developed by Ubisoft’s subsidiary in Singapore, the title offers to immerse players in 1721 and embody a novice pirate who will have to prove himself to become the most feared captain of the Caribbean seas.

Pirates of All Lands: The Golden Age of Atlantic Piracy (1716-1726)

The title is particularly inspired by the naval battles offered in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag which were acclaimed by players when it was released. Here, it will only be a question of offering exploration, looting and naval battles with a multiplayer game that will offer 5 vs 5 clashes.

The last time we heard about the title was in September 2021 over leaks explaining the content of the game. Today the game has been spotted on listings in Brazil. The title would thus have passed an evaluation by a Brazilian agency (the equivalent of our PEGI), suggesting that the title is finished and that an exit promises to be close. The game could well be released this year, it remains to be seen whether the title will live up to expectations.
