IT House learned that MediaTek said that MediaTek and Arm will simultaneously use the v9 architecture to continue to build 64-bit high-performance and energy-efficient mobile platforms, and gradually accelerate the full popularization of 64-bit SoCs in the market.

Just yesterday, MediaTek also released the Dimensity 9000+ flagship 5G mobile platform.Dimensity 9000+ uses TSMC 4nm process and Armv9 architecturethe octa-core CPU includes 1 Arm Cortex-X2 super core with a main frequency of up to 3.2GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A710 large cores and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 energy efficiency cores, with Arm Mali-G710 ten-core GPU.

In addition, according to the Gold Label Alliance announcement, from October 1, 2022,Update packages for apps (except games) do not allow separate updates of 32-bit app packages, which can support compatibility pack or dual pack update. From December 1st,Update packages for game apps no longer allow separate updates of 32-bit packagesmust support compatibility pack or dual pack update.
