By Alex Lang New York (Knewz) — Many Americans admit they spend too much time on their cell phones, and surprisingly eight out of 10 young adults say their screen time is overboard. Gallup recently found that 58 percent of all Americans say they spend too much time on their cell phones. That is up 39 percent who said they spend too much time in a similar 2015 survey. The results make sense with the proliferation of smartphones with more apps and connectivity through them.
