A 22-year-old Westfield man was arrested Saturday night after allegedly driving while intoxicated and crashing his car twice, authorities confirmed Sunday. Police responded to a crash at about 9:40 p.m. Saturday at West South Avenue at the Route 28 Traffic Circle in Westfield — in which one of the drivers involved fled the scene, Westfield Police Chief Christopher Battiloro told NJ Advance Media.
