The “Open Kylin” developer platform will open up the operating system source code to allow more of developers jointly participate in the development of domestic open source operating systems.
IT House learned that on June 24, China’s first desktop operating system root community openKylin launch conference was successfully held online with the theme of “creating open source and enjoying a boundless future”, and the openKylin open source community was officially released.
The official said: The openKylin community aims to “co-create” as the core, on the basis of open source, voluntary, equal and collaborative, through open source and open community cooperation, to build a top-level open source community for desktop operating systems.
Kylin Software said that the openKylin community will make full use of its decades of operating system research and development results, as well as more than ten years of experience in the development and construction of open source communities, adhering to the community concept of open source cohesion and co-creation of the future, and will work with Kylin Software to join hands with the country.
