Everyone, absolutely everyone, who has played Destiny knows about the Gjallarhorn, the exotic rocket launcher that made its return in Destiny 2 with the 30th Anniversary Pack. By the way, one of the best rocket launchers in the game.
Well, this very device of destruction will soon also be available as a Nerf gun in the Bungie store. The Nerf LMTD Gjallarhorn blaster is huge, measuring over 1 meter (4 feet), is designed at 1:1 scale and features carved details faithful to the game. It also includes the first-ever Nerf Mega dart trays, each holding 3 Nerf Mega darts and firing 3 darts at once. The Nerf Gjallarhorn Blaster includes 3 grenades and 9 darts and comes with a glowing scope.
Of course, the whole thing has its price – a whopping 209 euros are being asked for the Gjallarhorn. Pre-orders will be available during an Early Access window from July 7th to July 21st for Destiny 2 30th Anniversary Pack owners who have earned the Gjallarhorn in-game at Bungie Store. Remaining units will be made available to everyone after the Early Access window, based on availability.
By the way, there is less good news about the Gjallarhorn in the game – the rocket launcher gets a nerf before the start of Season 18. The primary rocket loses its proximity detonation, and the Wolfpack damage against players is halved to improve balancing in PvP and Gambit .
