Gov. Phil Murphy is scheduled to crisscross between the U.S. and Italy in the coming days to spend time with his family at their villa and be sworn in as chairman of the National Governors Association. The governor will leave the state Tuesday evening to spend a week in Italy, where he has spent time in previous summers since taking office, his spokespeople said.
