A Paterson police officer who pleaded guilty Thursday to DWI for a crash that left one person injured will enter a pre-trial intervention program to avoid serving jail time, authorities said Friday. Noel Ramos, 27, of Garfield, was arrested March 24 by detectives investigating a Feb. 13 crash on Lexington Avenue in Clifton, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.
