AMD has previously officially announced that it will release the next-generation Xiaolong data center processor based on the Zen4 architecture in the fourth quarter of this year, codenamed “Genoa”, with up to 96 cores and 192 threads, supporting 12-channel DDR5, PCIe 5.0, and CXL. The interface is replaced by New SP5 LGA6096. Now, YuuKi_AnS has revealed the detailed model and specifications of Zen4 Xiaolong. The strange thing is that it did not continue the convention called Xiaolong 7004 series, but changed it to Xiaolong 9000 series. There are 12 confirmed models, the highest end is Xiaolong 9654P, P stands for single-socket type, 96 cores and 192 threads, L3 cache up to 384MB, but the core frequency is only 2.0-2.15GHz, and the thermal design power consumption is 360W. Compared with the existing Zen2 family flagship Xiaolong 7763, the number of cores and L3 cache capacity have increased by 50%, and the thermal design power consumption has only increased by 80W (less than 30%), but the price is much lower frequency, benchmark, maximum acceleration 450MHz and 1350MHz respectively. Followed by Xiaolong 9534, 64 cores 128 threads, L3 cache 256M.
