This time it’s official! The release of Hypercharge: Unboxed has just been announced on Xbox by its developer. Digital Cybercherries announces that the game will be available in the first quarter of 2023, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
Hypercharge on Xbox, or how to embody a toy from our childhood
If you played with little plastic soldiers during your childhood, Hypercharge: Unboxed should make your fiber vibrate nostalgic! As the video shows very well, the game puts us in the shoes of a highly customizable toy figurine with a solo campaign playable up to 4 in coop (local or online), but also PvP.
Already available on PC and Nintendo Switch, the game has received pretty good reviews and remains available as a demo on PC if you want to get a feel for it before you buy it.
While many players were waiting for the game to be released on Xbox and PlayStation, the developers had created a palpable expectation since 40,000 people have registered to date to hear about the Xbox version.
The release of Hypercharge: Unboxed on Xbox is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023, between January and next March. The developers, however, specify that this is a goal and that things can still evolve by then. “The release date may change, either be delayed or brought forward. It all depends on how development works. Once again, we want to give you the best version of Hypercharge possible! »
