Intel Ruixuan alone confirms that it does not support mining for the time being – yqqlm

IT House reported on July 20 that the current driver of Intel Ruixuan Arc discrete graphics card is optimized for new games. In addition, there is good news that Intel discrete graphics does not support mining for the time being.

According to YouTube anchor DJ Mines, who confirmed after trying NiceHashMining, trex miner, lolminer, teamreeminer, the Intel GPU driver works fine,There doesn’t seem to be any Ethereum mining program that supports Intel Sharp graphics yet.

IT House has learned that currently only the A380 Intel Ruixuan independent graphics card has been sold. This card is not completely suitable for core gamers or miners. It is equipped with an entry-level ACM-G11 GPU with 8 Xe cores (equivalent to 1024 stream processors), can provide about 3 FP32 TFLOPS, and is equipped with 96-bit GDDR6 video memory interface.

So from the current point of view, Intel Ruixuan alone will not encounter price hikes due to mining.But that doesn’t mean that in the future or other high-end graphics cards won’tafter all, the adaptation of the relevant hash calculation code also takes time, and everyone should be cautious.

According to the driver documentation, Intel Sharp desktop graphics cards include the A770, A750, A580, A380, and A310. Intel recently showed what the A770 and A750 limited editions will look like. Official tests show that the A750 limited edition runs five games at 1440P and is stronger than the Nvidia RTX 3060. Overclocking tool developer Alexey also exposed what appears to be a developer version of the A310, which is very small in size.
