The Bayonne Housing Authority may build a new senior and supportive housing building just south of Route 440, its first new build in more than a decade. The project, still in early stages, envisions 40 units of public housing in a six-story building on Oak Street, said Bayonne Housing Authority Executive Director John Mahon.
