German Economy Minister Robert Habeck has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of a “duplicitous game” over a cut in Russian gas supplies because of supposed issues with a repaired turbine in Germany. Russian state energy giant Gazprom is set to lower gas flows through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Germany to 20% on Wednesday. “There are no technical reasons for the delivery cuts.
