Last week Netflix had movies The Gray Man premiere and it seems to have been such a success that Netflix has already decided to make a sequel to the film. In addition to a sequel, there will also be a spin-off film that further explores the spy world in which The Gray Man played out.
The sequel to The Gray Man will just like the first film be directed by the Russo brothers and will star Ryan Gosling. The spinoff film will be scripted by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, who previously wrote the script for, among other things Deadpool and Zombieland. So far more than that is not known about any of the upcoming films.
The Gray Man, which will be Netflix’s most expensive self-produced film ever, is about a CIA agent who happens to discover some secrets at the agency, which causes a group of assassins to go hunting for him. You will find the trailer for the film below and would you like to watch the entire film then find it on Netflix here.

New film from the Russo brothers
Above we see the trailer for the upcoming action thriller “The Gray Man” starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas and Regé-Jean Page, among others. Here’s how Netflix describes the film’s plot: “The Gray Man is CIA agent Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), aka Sierra Six. Gentry was in federal prison when he was recruited by Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton) to become an equally skilled and deadly mercenary for the CIA. But now the roles are reversed – Gentry is targeted and hunted around the world by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), an ex-CIA agent determined to kill him. The only person on Gentry’s side is the agent Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) – and he’s going to need her help.” “The Gray Man” will be released on Netflix on July 22.
