The Apple Support app is updated to version 4.7 today. That being said, the company is offering several new features for those who need online support or Apple’s in-person support. One of the most important features is the inclusion of Arabic in the app.
In addition to Arabic as a supported language, the Apple Support app now allows you to select or change your preferred contact number on your account.
Previously, when you clicked on your account page, you could only select a region or submit app feedback. Now there is a new “Phone” section, where Apple support will contact you if necessary.
In addition, version 4.7 contains general performance improvements and bug fixes.
The Apple Support app was last updated in April, making it available to Business Essentials customers with AppleCare+.
Apple Business Essentials helps small businesses with employee onboarding when setting up, deploying, and managing Apple products. It was launched back in April for small US companies and shortly after the Apple Support app started supporting it.
