The Ministry of Digital Development, together with Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and VTB, is developing a soft lending program for electronics manufacturers. Companies will be able to take a loan at 5% per annum with an amount of at least 4 billion rubles.
The money can be spent on the purchase of components and the implementation of investment projects. The government compensates the banks for the difference between the market and preferential interest rates at the expense of the reserve fund.
