Chenso Club: Powerpuff girls meets side scrollers

“Don’t be fooled by their cute exterior – s, but they brutally crush anything in their path.” This is how the Swedish development studio Pixadome describes the Chenso Club, which gives its title to the sidescroller platformer with roguelike elements. Now the game has a date: The release for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch is on September 1st.

The goal of the all-female fighter club is simple: stop the alien invasion and gather the energetic life force of the aliens. And so Blue, Carmine, Plums, Alice and Molly use chainsaws, hammers, magic, pickaxes and artillery to heat up the creatures from another planet. You can’t call home, there are no compromises!

Between couch co-op and blood fountains

In the cute game with pixel optics, you move through the worlds with one of the protagonists during the story mode, at the end of which a boss fight awaits. You can choose to shred your way through all sorts of alien invaders, either alone or in couch co-op with friends, who leave behind some of their precious life force after their death. In addition to the story mode, you can also let the fighters compete against each other in the split screen.

The motley mix of enchantingly funny sidescroller and alien massacre with explosions and fountains of blood will be released on September 1st of this year.
