International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Thomas Bach never received an ‘Order of Honour’ from Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a spokesperson for the organization. “The IOC president never accepted this award and therefore never received it,” the spokesperson told Germany’s Welt am Sonntag newspaper.
