The beginning of a new month is always the best time to take stock of the past month. This is exactly what the developer of the popular Antutu benchmark did.
Today was published a rating of the most productive smartphones for the first month of summer. The pedestal was occupied by the gaming flagships Black Shark 5 Pro, Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro and Lenovo Legion Y90. All of them are based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, and the leader boasts a record amount of RAM – 16 GB of RAM. On the 4th and 5th places are iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro from the subsidiary brand of the giant Vivo, which is part of the BBK Electronics corporation.
And here comes the surprises. The 6th and 7th places respectively are smartphones Vivo X80 Pro and Oppo Find X5 Pro, based on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. Thus, the chipmaker Mediatek has proved that it can compete with Qualcomm. The result of devices on the Dimensity 9000 only slightly fell short of a million points. Rounding out the top ten is the Vivo X80 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen1, iQoo Neo6 and Xiaomi 12 Pro. Recall that only devices tested more than 1000 times take part in the rating, and not the maximum, but the average result is taken into account.
