Coffee Stain Studios is currently testing the latest update for their factory building game Satisfactory on the Experimental server. Now there is a new patch for this build that brings some changes. Patch v0.6.0.5 for Update 6 is now available.
The developers at Coffee Stain Studios are still working on Update 6 for the popular factory building game Satisfactory. The update is currently already on the Experimental server and can be examined by brave players. It is not yet known when the next major update for Satisfactory will be played on the live servers. Now there is a new patch that is supposed to make some changes to Update 6.
Patch v0.6.0.5 for Update 6 with bug fixes and creature changes
As the developers write, one of the biggest changes in patch v0.6.0.5 is the redesign of the creature spawner. This is intended to fix some players not finding any creatures or far too many creatures in their world. The changes are now intended to cause all creatures to respawn throughout the world, even in factories and locations where they were previously removed. Players who don’t want this will have to remove the creatures themselves again. Due to the changes, creatures should no longer despawn through things like power poles, hypertubes, conveyor belts, pipes and similar attachments.
There are also some Quality of Life changes and bug fixes. Power poles can then snap onto existing power lines and continue to be built on. Likewise, sockets can now be connected to existing power lines. In addition, the grass in the world has been regenerated, which should fix floating grass. In addition, there are corrections to foliage and foliage and the world collision. The developers have also added some improvements to the user interface.
