So, you need to roam around and find a slightly more tropical area. There you should find palm trees. Rest assured, you will find them easily and quickly. When you are in front of the palm tree, all you have to do is use your ax on the tree and collect the wood, says “Palmwood”.

Craft Palm Wood Plank on Dinkum

To make palm wood planks on Dinkum, you absolutely must have the table equipped with a circular saw, the “Shaw Table”. Normally, at this point, Fletcher must have given it to you, via a previous quest.
