A group of stranded boaters in Alaska was more than relieved to see U.S. Coast Guard rescue crews and the proof was evident on their faces and actions. On July 27, three boaters left Chevak, Alaska and were due in another town later that same evening. But they never arrived. Alaska State Police called in the Coast Guard to help in the search of the boaters, who did not have any emergency equipment.
