SEATTLE — In a pair of nationally watched races testing Donald Trump’s continued hold over the Republican Party, U.S. Reps. Jaime Herrera Beutler and Dan Newhouse were leading their pro-Trump challengers despite backlash over their votes to impeach the former president.
