PHILADELPHIA — Alex Morgan hasn’t forgotten what it was like the last time the U.S. women’s soccer team played a major Concacaf competition outside of the United States. It was in 2010 in Cancún, Mexico, and the Americans were beaten by the hosts in the semifinals.
