Free has extended the availability of its OQEE application to all of its Freebox subscribers. A relief for many of them who will be able to take advantage of the access provider’s TV services.
The app WEQO was launched two years ago almost to the day. First available for Freebox Pop and Delta subscribers, the app adapted to several platforms (iOS and Apple TV in July 2021, Android TV in the fall of the same year) then to the Freebox Revolution last March . However, there were still several Free devices to serve, it’s done.
A long wait
The access provider has thus announced the availability of OQEE for mini 4K, Freebox HD, Freebox Crystal and Freebox One subscribers. In detail, they can already download the mobile application (iOS, tvOS, Android and connected televisions) and benefit from full access to the Free television service.
OQEE allows watching more than 500 live channels, 220 of which are included. Several catch-up TV services are available, plus videos on demand from Canal VOD and Filmo (with the Pop player). Live shows can be paused or resumed from the beginning, and it is even possible to record your favorite shows (there is 10 to 100 hours of storage depending on the subscription), with recording programming.
You’ve been waiting for it, OQEE is now available for mini 4K, Freebox HD, Freebox Crystal and Freebox One subscribers

Free is not the only internet service provider to offer a TV application. For example, there is B.tv from Bouygues Telecom, which gives access to content quite similar to that of OQEE, with the addition of podcasts. SFR is also in the game with SFR TV 8.
