By Alek Arend This Tuesday morning, Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross learned that his team is being punished by the National Football League for tampering. Ross himself is going to have to pay a significant fine, as well. Due to “impermissible contact” with Tom Brady and Sean Payton several years ago, the NFL is fining Ross $1.5 million and suspending him through Oct. 17.
