Between Microsoft and Square-Enix we feel all the same that the relations are in dilettantes. The American manufacturer had nevertheless managed to catch up in terms of Japanese productions by negotiating the arrival of many titles on the Xbox Game Pass, like the franchises Yakuza, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest (XI and Builders 2), and even a few games from Spike Chunsoft (AI Somnium Files and the Danganronpa trilogy).

But the latest announcements are not really going in the direction of Xbox players since we are still waiting to know if Final Fantasy VII Remake will one day arrive on our consoles for example, and the majority of Square-Enix titles announced recently will be content to be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4&5 and PC. All ? No, since Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion is, oddly, announced on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. But it is not the only one since The DioField Chronicle will follow the same path.

And it will not drag on for this T-RPG which recalls the Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics franchises since we learn that The DioField Chronicle will arrive on September 22 next. It was during a livestream organized by the Japanese publisher that we were able to discover long gameplay sequences from this new franchise.
