ORLANDO, Fla. — The National Hurricane Center is no longer tracking Tropical Storm Colin after the storm dissipated over eastern North Carolina early Sunday morning. The NHC announced that the storm was losing organization during the 5 p.m. advisory on Saturday. It was announced that the storm had weakened to a tropical depression at 10:30 p.m. Scattered showers and thunderstorms may impact coastal North Carolina Sunday.
