Their aerodynamic shape, the species of that and their horns had put us on the path since their announcementtoday it’s official: the legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon of Pokemon Scarlet and of Pokemon Purple will be the mounts of this new adventure. The latter have according to the trailer of the last Pokemon Presents the ability to change shape to allow us to travel on land, at sea and even in the air. While Koraidon will thus adopt a more classic style flirting with our current standards, Miraidon for its part will have a much more dynamic and futuristic design.
If we cannot escape the cleavage between the players, with on the one hand those welcoming this highlighting of the legendaries, and on the other those who denounce this “trivialization and popularization” side of the legendary status, we let’s still discover the official information communicated today concerning these new forms.
New Forms of Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon Discovered
During their adventure, players will meet a legendary Pokémon (Koraidon or Miraidon), which will accompany them thereafter. Koraidon and Miraidon are shrouded in mystery and are said to have unheard-of powers far surpassing those of other Pokémon. They can change shape in order to adapt to the situations or terrain they pass through.
- Race Form and Land Mode: players can travel freely across the region on the back of Race Form Koraidon and Ground Mode Miraidon.
- Swimming Form and Aquatic Mode: Koraidon Swim Form and Miraidon Water Mode offer the ability to cross rivers, lakes, and seas in order to effortlessly approach the Pokémon that live there.
- Flight Form and Air Mode: these modes allow you to glide to any destination by jumping from the top of mountains, high cliffs or tall buildings.
