There have been changes in the rules of the Telegram advertising platform. This is reported by the Telegram Info channel.
According to the source, Telegram developers have updated the rules for placing ads inside the messenger for third-party customer companies. Previously, the platform did not accept applications for advertising of any medical services, medicines and dietary supplements. But now the rules have become softer.
According to the new regulations, now inside Telegram you can see advertising banners and links of any certified medical services and drugs. The ban applies only to those medicines and procedures that do not have an appropriate license from the state. For example, Telegram will still not advertise:
- Dietary Supplements (Slimming Products, Herbal Treatments, Dietary Supplements, Pregnancy Products)
- Any products and drugs that are sold by an unlicensed store for this purpose
- Unlicensed devices, services and treatments
- Prescriptions for medicines
- Means that do not have proven effectiveness.
Based on the new rules, advertisements for certified pills and drugs, medical procedures and various devices for treatment can now appear in the messenger.
