Starting today, the new campaign mode Showdown will be playable in Naraka: Bladepoint.
Today, Naraka: Bladepoint will have a new campaign mode, Showdown, which is only playable cooperatively on weekends.
In the Battle Royale-inspired mode, teams of three face different challenges that must be overcome in two stages with different levels of difficulty. At the same time, they are surrounded by enemies who attack them.
In this mode, the teams have four heroes to choose from: Kurumi, Tarka, Valda and Viper. They each have their own melee and ranged combat sets, which should encourage players to use the different abilities to defeat the enemies.
The culmination of a match is the battle against Omni, a fearsome and challenging boss responsible for all the chaos that unfolds around you.
Battles in Showdown reward you with progression that can be used to level up each character. This will unlock more skills and new equipment. The better the team is developed, the higher the level of difficulty and the rewards.
