Reputation: Bungie and Netease are working on Destiny mobile games

And it should not be connected to Destiny 2.

Thegamepost says has seen a Linkedin profile belonging to an employee of Chinese Netease Games, where it was stated that the person had been involved in developing an unannounced FPS game for mobiles in collaboration with Bungie.

A source with insight into Netease’s development plans should then have revealed that this is one Destinygames that have been under development for over two years. Furthermore, the project should have nothing to do with Destiny 2so it’s not about any porting or adaptation of that game.

Something that gives weight to this reputation is that Bungie posted several last year Destiny-related job advertisements that included requests for experience in the development of mobile games. Netease has extensive experience in mobile games, and was among other things involved in developing insults but oh so successful Diablo Immortal.
