During the Anime Expo held from July 1 to 4 in Los Angeles, Aksys announced a game signed by Dreamloop Games studio, which will be released on Xbox One, Series X|S, PC, PlayStation and Switch. His name is Inescapable and will be available in 2023.
No rules, no escape
The small Finnish studio imagined a group of 11 people kidnapped and forcibly sent to an island to participate in a reality TV show. On site, there are two points to consider: no rules to follow and no way to escape.
The player will put himself in the shoes of Harrison Tailor with the objective of surviving to win the sum of 500,000 dollars. In the trailer that you can watch below, we see many examples of dialogues that seem to play an important role in the gameplay. Our choices will impact the narrative and how NPCs interact with Harrison. To describe InescapableAksys adds that the goal is to explore human nature, to find out how far we would be willing to go in a context without rules.
