Coast Guard Sector Corpus Christi got a report from U.S. Customs and Border Protection that four fishermen aboard a launcha — a slender boat that’s about 20- to 30-feet long with a single outboard motor that is often used by Mexican fishermen — 7 miles north of the Maritime Boundary Line were doing illegal fishing.
