By Andrew Mills DOHA (Reuters) -QatarEnergy on Tuesday signed a deal with Shell for the Gulf state’s North Field East expansion, the first phase of the world’s largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, following agreements with TotalEnergies, Exxon, ConocoPhillips and Eni.
