Hundreds of Americans have now sued Ericsson over the payments they are suspected of having made to the terrorist group IS in Iraq. Ericsson is accused in Sweden of having indirectly financed attacks against Americans who have been in countries where IS has ravaged such as Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.
Relatives of fallen soldiers, veterans and people in general who consider themselves to have suffered damage from Ericsson’s alleged bribes are behind this suit.
Ericsson has said that they are aware of this lawsuit and that the company will respond to these allegations. However, they also believe that there is a complete lack of basis for linking the company to the documents described in the lawsuit.
