Matrix Awakens served as a double ad when it was released. On the one hand, to promote the new film in the series, and on the other, to allow the general public to try out the Unreal Engine 5! This new engine from the EPIC Games studio promised to be huge, but with this free demo, the dream came true. It’s simple, nothing on the current market reaches its degree of realism. So much so that most of the projects announced since will use this famous UE5.
In terms of content, we are treated to a pre-calculated, but stunningly realistic car shooting sequence. Relatively short, this scene is incredibly close to its cinematic counterpart! Once finished, you can wander around an enormous city as you wish, and contemplate its details… Quite simply, the future of video games!
