Analyst firm MBLM has shared its Brand Intimacy 2022 rating of consumer emotional attachment to various brands, according to which Apple took first place in the Technology and Telecoms category.
The top 10 brands in the Technology & Telecommunications category of Brand Intimacy are as follows:
- Apple;
- Sony;
- android;
- Microsoft;
- Nvidia;
- HTC;
- HP;
- Adobe;
- IBM;
- Dell.
“Technology and telecommunications have been gradually advancing in our Brand Affinity study over the years, demonstrating the growing importance of this category in our daily lives. This trend has been accelerated by COVID, which has forced us to rely heavily on technology to communicate, work, inform, entertain, communicate and maintain our well-being. Brands have taken advantage of this shift and improved their services to become a more integral part of consumers’ lives, and we see this trend continuing even as we slowly return to the new normal,” said Mario Natarelli, Managing Partner at MBLM.
Apple managed to become the leader in the emotional attachment ranking thanks to the Apple Music service, health and safety-related features, and several other factors.
