Under Windows 11, the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) is being tinkered with, but only US-only. If you still want to run Android apps, you can use WSATools, among other things.
The WSATools easily install the Android APKs and they will also appear in the start menu. It’s been a while since the last update. An error has been corrected with the new version 0.2.3. “This update fixes a bug that made the app inoperable if you had more than one device connected to ADB.”
If you are not so into apps, you can also take a look at the WSA Toolbox. A small program that can also install Android APKs. Or WSA PacMan (also portable). Let’s hope that Microsoft will soon release the Windows Subsystem for Android incl. Amazon App Store for other countries so that we don’t necessarily need these tools anymore.
