Users are pleasantly surprised: the Viber messenger announced the introduction of a new mobile operator in the country.
Rakuten Corporation, located in Japan and owning the messenger, plans to open several projects in Ukraine. One of them was the creation of a new mobile operator. This was announced by Mikhail Fedorov, head of the Ministry of Digital Development.
This week, Fedorov personally spoke with H. Nikitani. He said that now Rakuten is busy developing a payment service. The latter will be integrated into Viber. The corporation also wants to provide subscribers with the opportunity to connect to satellite Internet.
Fedorov recalls that Viber has a chat bot where citizens can find out important information about assistance under the Support state program.
