Xiaopeng G3i ushered in OTA upgrade, Xmart OS 2.2.0 added a variety of functions

IT House July 8 news, Xiaopeng Motors announced today that Xiaopeng G3i ushered in a new version of the vehicle OTA upgrade at the end of the year. The corresponding version number of Xmart OS is 2.2.0. Navigation cards and other functions have been fully pushed.

According to Jue, as of June 30, 2022, Xiaopeng Motors has pushed 30 major version updates for P7, P5, G3, and G3i users through OTA, adding 193 new functions and optimizing 2419 functions.

Xiaopeng G3i is a pure electric compact SUV, which will be launched on July 9, 2021, with a subsidy of 168,900-203,900 yuan. It adopts the X-Robot Face design concept and is equipped with a maximum power of 145 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 300 Nm. Drive motor, NEDC cruising range is 460~520km.

In terms of power, the entire Xpeng G3i series adopts a front-drive layout. The maximum output power of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is 145kW (about 194 horsepower) and the maximum torque is 300N m, which can provide the compact vehicle with a curb weight of 1630~1680kg. Class SUV brings a more brisk acceleration experience.

In terms of smart cockpits, the entire vehicle system of Xiaopeng G3i is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820A chip as standard, which not only makes the screen operation more sensitive, the software runs more smoothly, but also enables the vehicle to have a full-scene voice function.

Unfortunately, the autopilot system of the low-end versions 460G and 520G only includes a cruise control function, and car owners cannot add the autopilot function by purchasing optional content for the time being.
