With over 12,000 Xbox Series X|S consoles sold in the last week, Microsoft continues to show good sales figures in Japan.

Microsoft can continue to look forward to positive sales figures for hardware in Japan.

After the group was able to sell more than 10,000 units in one week in Japan for the first time in the second week of June with the current console generation Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, the trend in the land of the rising sun continues.

As reported by Famitsu, 9,756 units of the Xbox Series X were sold in the 26th calendar week (June 27 to July 3). This brings the Series X model to a total of 123,620 units.

After all, 2,774 units of the Xbox Series S could be sold in the period mentioned. Total sales here now amount to 136,884 units.

For comparison: Sony sold 20,028 units of the PlayStation 5 and 4,333 units of the PS5 Digital Edition in the same period.
