Hertha Berlin midfielder Marco Richter returned to team training on Tuesday from having a testicular tumour removed in June, the Bundesliga club said on Tuesday. The tumour was detected before a pre-season training camp and Richter went under the knife. But unlike Timo Baumgartl from Union Berlin and Borussia Dortmund’s Sebastien Haller he did not have to undergo chemotherapy and started individual training earlier this month.
