The State Duma will consider a bill that will allow individuals to transfer money for free between their accounts in different banks without commission.
Monthly it will be possible to transfer up to 1.4 million rubles, including through the system of fast payments.
The implementation of the proposed legislative changes will ensure non-discriminatory access of various categories of depositors to banking products offered by one bank, and will also contribute to a more favorable movement of funds by citizens between different banks in order to place them on the most favorable terms.

The main goal of the bill is to fight banks that impose increased rates for cash withdrawals, closing accounts and transferring money from one account to another.
