An 18-year-old South Brunswick woman was charged Thursday in a crash that killed a school grounds maintenance employee last month. Shamantha Bolla, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree reckless death by auto, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka.
