Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued an administrative penalty decision on 28 cases of failing to declare and illegally implement concentration of business operators in accordance with the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China. The administrative penalty decision is hereby announced in accordance with the law. The cases disclosed this time are all transactions that should have been reported in the past but undeclared. With the deepening of anti-monopoly normalization supervision, the awareness of the concentration of declaration of business operators has been continuously improved, and they have actively self-examined historical transactions, voluntarily reported suspected failure to declare according to law, and actively cooperated with investigations. The State Administration for Market Regulation resolutely implements the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and fully supports the development of enterprises. Punishment decisions for the remaining cases will be published in succession. Among them, there are 5 cases related to Alibaba and 12 cases related to Tencent Holdings. .
